Rent of space for Customer's own designs on not rented space in Sokolniki Museum and Educational Centre halls. The service is provided for the duration of the event.
Banner installation in hall No 4.1
Sizes: 12х4 m. You can place the carrier on one side only. Cost includes the rent of advertising space, installation and dismantling (excluding production of carrier). The service is provided for the duration of the event.
On-floor advertising
On-floor advertising from the entrance to your booth. Cost is for 1 aisle, label format A4, excluding production of carrier. The carrier is provided by Customer with a margin of 20%. The service is provided for the duration of the event.
Overhead works
Hanging light weight structures to the ceiling of exhibition halls (cost is given for each point):
-Hanging rope for secure floor footingparts of booth structures
- Suspension of hoist (wrench), excluding cost of rent, for 1 wrench
- Single suspension pointand load hoisting up to 10 kg
- Single suspension pointand load hoisting up to 50 kg
- Single suspension pointand load hoisting from 50 kg up to 100 kg
- Single suspension pointand load hoisting over 100 kg
Note: Customer is to submit information on all suspended structures to Advertising and additional services Department of Sokolniki Museum and Educational Centre, not later than 21 days before the desired date of works. Suspended structure shouldbe ready to rise: all items must be fixed, banners attached, the construction shall be oriented at the place of ascent. During working hours any suspension and removal of structures shall not be performed. Any hangings or height adjustment of structures shall be paid extra.

Rent of “Miraform” construction
Advertising structures shall be installed only within exhibition halls. We offer standard sizes: 4*2 m. You can place the carrier on one side only. Outdoor advertising (including rent of advertising space, installation and dismantling, excluding production of carrier). The service is provided for the duration of the event.
